Steve Fuller

The founder of Bandit Hat Cinch Co.™, a family-owned brand born from real life in the western and rodeo world. An entrepreneur for more than 25 years, Steve has built and operated multiple successful companies. Alongside his wife, Candice Fuller, he turned a simple idea into a patented product trusted by rodeo athletes and ranchers alike. Proud to raise their kids in the rodeo arena, the Fullers are rooted in the western lifestyle and passionate about creating authentic products for families who live it every day.

Kasey Every

She comes from deep roots in a third-generation rodeo family. From competing in the arena to sorting stock and marketing events, she has been involved in every facet of the western way of life. Today, she and her husband are proud to share that legacy with their two children, teaching them the ropes. With over 20 years of experience in marketing and project management, Kasey is passionate about connecting cowboys and cowgirls around the world with the Bandit Hat Cinch Co™.

When she’s not building brand partnerships, you’ll find her competing in barrel racing and team roping, or fishing in Alaska and traveling internationally.
